August 12, 1971 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 29-71 SUBJECT : Loss of One (1) Booklet Revenue Official Receipt (BIR Form No. 25.24) Nos. 4597501-4597550 TO : All Revenue Officers and Employees and others concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) booklet of Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24), to wit: Serial Numbers Quantity 4597501-4597550 50 receipts The above revenue official receipts were discovered lost on May 14, 1971 in the Office of the Collection Agent of Mandaluyong, Rizal, by Cash Clerk Florentina B. Barrion. Internal revenue officers and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case any of the above-mentioned revenue official receipts is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof. cdt MISAEL P.
