July 29, 1964 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 29-64 SUBJECT : Loss of Residence Certificates Class "A" TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) booklet of residence certificates class "A", bearing serial numbers 5606350-5606400 (50 certificates), sometime during the last week of March, 1962 at the office of the Collection Agent for Malasiqui, Pangasinan. LibLex Internal Revenue Officers and other concerned should promptly notify this Office in case any of those certificates is found, taking necessary steps in the mealtime to prevent the improper or fraudulent use or disposition thereof.
