May 24, 1974 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 28-74 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees, and others concerned SUBJECT : Loss of seven (7) pieces of Central Bank Official Receipts (Form CB RCO 10.02), bearing Serial Nos. 242369 to 242375, Inclusive Notice is hereby given of the loss of seven (7) pieces of Central Bank Official Receipts, to wit: Serial Numbers Quantity 242369 to 242375 (Form CB RCO 10-02) Seven (7) pieces The above-mentioned Central Bank Official Receipts were reported missing by the CENTRAL BANK. These Bank Official Receipts were issued to the Philippine National Bank, Angeles City. Internal revenue officers, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned Central Bank Official Receipts are found and presented as evidence of payment of internal revenue taxes.
