June 6, 1972 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 28-72 SUBJECT : Loss of One (1) Pad and Three (3) Pieces of Residence Certificate "A" Bearing Serial Nos. 6240400 to 6240450 and Serial Nos. 6232651-6232653 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) pad and (3) pieces of Residence Certificate "A", to wit: SERIAL NUMBERS QUANTITY A-6240400-6240450 and One (1) pad and (3) pieces 6232651-6232653 Residence Certificate A) The above residence certificates were discovered missing by the Acting Chief, Administrative Branch, RR-2, Esteban R. Battung, upon receipt of some accountable forms sent via air cargo. Internal Revenue Officers and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case any of the above-mentioned residence certificates is found taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
