July 22, 1965 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 28-65 SUBJECT : Loss or Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) bearing serial numbers B-1620751 1621250 (10 pads of 50 receipts each). The aforesaid receipts which were sent by this Office on January 10, 1962 to former Collection Agent Ernesto Verbo of Alcala, Cagayan, during his incumbency have not been accounted for to date. Internal Revenue Officers and employees and others concerned should promptly notify this Office in case any of said receipts is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent use or disposition thereof.
