April 23, 2003 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 27-03 SUBJECT : Loss of Five (5) Original Copies of Tax Credit Certificates (TCCs) Issued to TECHNOLOGY ELECTRONICS ASSEMBLY & MANAGEMENT (TEAM) PACIFIC CORPORATION TO : All Regional Directors, Revenue District Officers, Employees and others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of five (5) original copies of Tax Credit Certificates (TCCs) to wit: Serial Number Date of Issue Amount 00000563 January 07, 2003 Php 3,164,363.77 00000569 January 08, 2003 2,343,660.99 00000570 January 08, 2003 2,268,825.62 00000573 January 08, 2003 1,659,727.41 00000574 January 08, 2003 3,049,297.72 The above-mentioned TCCs which were reported as lost by Mr. Valerio R. Adorador, EVP and Chief Financial Officer of TEAM PACIFIC CORPORATION have been declared null and void by the One-Stop Shop Inter-Agency Tax Credit and Duty Drawback Center of the Department of Finance and all official transactions involving the use thereof is therefore invalidated. Regional Directors, Revenue District Officers, Employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned copies are found, taking the necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition of use thereof.
