May 3, 1974 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 26-74 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned SUBJECT : Loss of one hundred and fifty-one pieces (151) of Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) Bearing Serial Numbers 7237101 to 7237150; 7237151 to 7237200; 7237201 to 7237250; and 7237050, Inclusive Serial Numbers Quantity 7237101-7237150 fifty (50) pieces 7237151-7237200 fifty (50) pieces 7237201-7237250 fifty (50) pieces 7237050 one (1) piece The above Revenue Official Receipts were reported to the Commissioner of Internal Revenue by Acting Revenue Collection Agent, DIONISIO C. ATAY of Sirawai, Zamboanga del Norte to have been burned during the attack of the insurgents which resulted in the burning of the municipal building and houses around the poblacion of Sirawai, Zamboanga del Norte. Internal revenue officers, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned Revenue Official Receipts are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper and fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
