July 19, 1971 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 26-71 SUBJECT : Loss of Residence Certificate Class B Bearing Serial Numbers 823153 to 823250 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and others concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of two (2) booklets or 98 Residence Certificates Class "B", bearing serial numbers from 823153 to 823200 and from 823201 to 823250 in the Office of the Collection Agent, Revenue Region No. 6, Quezon City. The loss of the abovementioned residence certificates was reported by Mr. Isidro Agdeppa, Collection Agent, Quezon City, in his letter to this Office dated May 31, 1971. Internal revenue officers, employees and others concerned should promptly notify this Office, in case any of these certificates is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper and/or fraudulent use or disposition thereof. cdt MISAEL P.
