May 22, 1970 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 26-70 TO : All Revenue Operations Heads, Regional Directors, Revenue District Officers, Division Chiefs, and Others Concerned SUBJECT : Requiring the Submission of Weekly Reports on the Accomplishments of the various Offices and Agencies in the Executive Branch of the Government Quoted hereunder in full, for your information and compliance is Department Memorandum Circular No. 14-70 of the Secretary of Finance. "DEPARTMENT MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 14-70 April 24, 1970 "TO : All heads of bureaus and offices under the Department of Finance "SUBJECT : REQUIRING THE SUBMISSION OF WEEKLY REPORTS ON THE ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF THE VARIOUS OFFICES AND AGENCIES IN THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH OF THE GOVERNMENT. "Quoted hereunder in full, for your information and compliance, is Memorandum Circular No. 343 of the Office of the President dated April 7, 1970 on the above subject matter: '"In order to keep the President abreast of the activities of the Executive Branch of the Government, all heads of departments, bureaus and offices, and government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby required to submit to the Office of the President weekly status reports on the highlights of accomplishments in their respective jurisdictions in relation to their progress of work. The reports should not treat of or deal with the problems of the offices and agencies but should be confined exclusively to the progress of implementing their approved agency work programs. '"This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately."' "For purposes of effectively implementing the above-mentioned memorandum circular of the Office of the President, all heads of bureaus and offices under the Department of Finance are hereby enjoined to designate their respective officers to take charge of gathering and submitting the weekly reports on accomplishments to this Department. "Mr. JOSE C. SISON, Public Relations Officer of the Department of Finance, has been designated by the undersigned as over-all coordinator for this project. All weekly report must, therefore, be submitted o him every Tuesday. "Strict compliance is hereby required. "(Sgd.) CESAR VIRATA Acting Secretary" To implement effectively the provisions of the above-mentioned circular of the Secretary of Finance, all Revenue Operations Heads, Regional Directors, Divisions Chiefs, Revenue District Officers and others concerned are hereby enjoined to designate the official to take charge of the gathering and submitting the weekly reports on accomplishments desired in the memorandum circular of the Department of Finance. The names of the officials so designated should be communicated to the undersigned in order to facilitate the gathering and collating of the weekly reports. To enable the Bureau to submit the weekly report on time to the Department of Finance, all weekly reports coming from the different units of the Bureau should be submitted to the Office of the Assistant to the Commissioner (Attention: Mr. Ricardo J.
