April 3, 2007 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 26-07 SUBJECT : Loss of One (1) Original Copy of Tax Credit Certificate issued to SOJITZ PHILIPPINES CORPORATION TO : All Regional Directors, Revenue District Officers, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) original copy of Tax Credit Certificate (TCC) to wit: SERIAL NUMBER DATE OF ISSUE AMOUNT TCC 2006 00000078 December 12, 2006 Php 790,851.43 The above-mentioned TCC was reported as lost by Mr. JIRO BANDO, President of Sojitz Philippines Corporation. Consequently, the entire TCC set bearing the said serial number is hereby cancelled. All official transactions involving the use of said form is therefore considered as INVALID. ScCIaA Internal Revenue Officials, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in the event that the aforesaid TCC is found and to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same.
