July 13, 1976 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 25-76 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned SUBJECT : Loss of Duplicate Copies of Issued Residence Certificates Class B, s. 1976 Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) pad of issued Residence Certificates Class B, s. 1976, to wit: Kind Serial Number Quantity Residence Fifty (50) Certificate Class B 1705451-1705500 duplicate copies The above-mentioned Residence Certificates were reported to have been lost by Revenue Examiner Antonio S. David, one of the revenue examiners assigned to assist income tax filers on March 12, 1976, at the Marble Hall, Finance Building, Manila. Internal revenue officers, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case any of the above-mentioned Residence Certificates is found. EFREN I.
