April 15, 1974 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 25-74 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned SUBJECT : Loss of One Piece (1) of Revenue Official Receipt (BIR Form 25.24) Bearing Serial No. 1225266, Not Official Receipt Bearing No. 1225265, as Previously Circularized in a Revenue Memorandum Circular dated February 21, 1974 Serial Number Quantity 1225266 one piece (1) This Revenue Memorandum Circular cancels the previous Revenue Memorandum Circular dated February 21, 1974 wherein Official Receipt No. 1225265 was reported missing based on the indorsement dated January 30, 1974 of the City Auditor, Baguio City. It was however found out that Cash Clerk ALEJANDRO ANGEL reported that said number was issued to a taxpayer in Baguio City, thus discovering that it is the taxpayers copy bearing Serial No. 1225266 that was missing from the booklet. Internal revenue officers, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned Revenue Official Receipt is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
