April 4, 1973 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 25-73 SUBJECT : Implementation of Section 2(1) f of Revenue Regulations No. 9-72 dated September 27, 1972 Which was Published in the Official Gazette on March 12, 1973, Requiring the Filing of Performance Bond by Wholesale Leaf Tobacco Dealers TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned In the implementation of Section 2(1) f of Revenue Regulations No. 9-72 dated September 27, 1972, all holders of L-3 (Wholesale Leaf Tobacco Dealers, FACOMAS, Tobacco Trading Centers and Wholesale Leaf Tobacco Dealer-Buyer of green leaves for flue-curing), L-6 (Stripper) and L-3R (Redrying Plant) permits, shall each file with the Bureau of Internal Revenue on or before April 13, 1973, a performance bond in the amount indicated hereunder: L-3 P3,000.00 L-6 5,000.00 L-3R 10,000.00 The amount may however be increased depending upon the volume of business. Failure to file the performance bond herein required by Revenue Regulations No. 9-72 shall be sufficient ground for the cancellation of the permit.
