June 15, 2005 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 25-05 SUBJECT : Missing Duplicate and Triplicate Copy from One (1) Set of an Unissued BIR Form No. 2524 Revenue Official Receipt TO : All Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the missing original, duplicate and copy from one (1) set of an unissued BIR Form No. 2524 Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with the hereunder stated number, to wit: ROR200402275643 The abovementioned copies were reported missing by Mr. Romualdo R. Cabubas, Revenue Collection Officer, Revenue Region No. 14, Candahug, Palo Leyte. The said unissued ROR set has consequently been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof is therefore considered as INVALID. aTEADI Internal Revenue Officials, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in the event that the aforesaid missing copies are found and to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition of the same.
