MANUEL ABINUMAN Chief, Collection Program Division Subject : Notice of Loss and Cancellation of TCC Nos. 000204, 000097, and 000558 Madam: Please be informed that Tax Credit Certificate Nos. 000204, 000097, and 000558 dated April 5, 1994, March 7, 1994 and June 6, 1994, issued by the One-Stop Shop Inter-Agency Tax Credit and Duty Drawback Center to Ledesma Hermanos Agricultural Corporation in the amount of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY THREE PESOS (P118,843.00), TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY THREE PESOS (P281,743.00), AND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FORTY SEVEN PESOS (P221,147.00), respectively, were reported to have been lost. The above-mentioned TCCs are hereby declared null and void and the Bureau of Internal Revenue is directed not to honor and accept the same in payment of any liability to the government. We would also like to request for a certification that the above-mentioned TCCs have not been used in payment of any liability to the government.
