April 23, 1974 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 24-74 SUBJECT : Interest table at 14% per annum TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and others concerned For uniformity and facility in the computation of interest at the rate of 14% per annum, there is given hereinbelow the interest table which also carries instructions on the proper use thereof.
