July 29, 1968 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 24-68 SUBJECT : Loss of B.P.I . Checks Nos. 2822 & 2824 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given that the following checks issued by the Bank of B.L., Naga Branch, have been reportedly lost in the Office of the Collection Agent of Naga City: Cashier's Check No. B.P.I. Check No. 2822 B.P.I. Check No. 2824 You are, therefore, instructed to advice the Banks and business men in your respective municipalities regarding this loss and request them to stop payment or cashing said checks for their own protection.
