MANUEL ABINUMAN Chief, Collection Program Division Subject : Notice of Loss and Cancellation of TCC Nos. 005726, 005778, and 005809 Madam: Please be informed that Tax Credit Certificate Nos. 005726, 005778, and 005809 dated September 9, 1996, September 23, 1996 and September 27, 1996, issued by the One-Stop Shop Inter-Agency Tax Credit and Duty Drawback Center to Indo Phil Acrylic Mfg., Inc. in the amount of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED FIFTY THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY SIX PESOS (P1,953,436.00), TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED FIFTY TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWO PESOS (P2,152,202.00), and TWO MILLION SIX HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY THREE PESOS (P2,604,443.00), respectively, were reported to have been lost. The above-mentioned TCCs are hereby declared null and void and the Bureau of Internal Revenue is directed not to honor and accept the same in payment of any liability to the government.
