April 3, 1974 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 23-74 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees, and others concerned SUBJECT : Loss of Fifty (50) Pieces of Revenue Official Receipt (BIR Form No. 25.24) bearing Serial Nos. 2089801 to 2089850, Inclusive Notice is hereby given of the loss of fifty (50) pieces of Revenue Official Receipts, to wit: Serial Numbers Quantity 2089801 to 2089850 Fifty (50) pieces The above-mentioned Revenue Official Receipts were discovered missing inside the steel cabinet of the Chief, Administrative Branch, Revenue Region No. 11, Naga City, on March 12, 1974. Internal revenue officers and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case any of the above-mentioned Revenue Official Receipts is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
