July 10, 1964 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 23-64 SUBJECT : Resumption of Duty of the Deputy Commissioner of Internal Revenue TO : All officials and Employees of the Bureau of Internal Revenue and all Others Concerned In view of the resumption of duties of Mr. MISAEL P. VERA as Deputy Commissioner of Internal Revenue pursuant to Department Order No. 23-64 dated July 10, 1964, it is hereby directed that all the functions assigned to the Assistant Commissioners for Operations and Administration under Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 4-64 dated February 21, 1964 and such other functions as may not have been assigned but which were regularly performed by the Deputy Commissioner before his special assignment to the Department of Finance, shall be performed by the Deputy Commissioner of Internal Revenue immediately.
