August 29, 1963 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 23-63 SUBJECT : Loss of Four (4) Residence Tax Certificates (Class "B" for 1963) TO : All Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of four (4) Residence Tax Certificates, (Class "B" for 1963), to wit: cdt Serial Numbers Quantity B-0138347-0138350 4 Receipts The above Residence Certificates were lost on April 15, 1963, from the Office of the Collection Agent for Manila. Internal Revenue Officers and others concerned should promptly notify this Office in case any of those Residence Tax Certificates is found taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
