July 12, 2002 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 23-02 SUBJECT : Loss of Two (2) Sets of Unused BIR Form No. 1954 Certificate Authorizing Registration-(Transactions Involving Real and Personal Properties) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of TWO (2) SETS of unused BIR Form No. 1954 Certificate Authorizing Registration (Transactions involving Real and Personal Property ) with the following serial numbers: CAR200100002937 CAR200100002944 The abovementioned forms, which were reported as lost by MRS. LAARNI G. ASTILLERO, a Revenue Officer II (Document Processor) of Revenue District No. 53, Las Pias-Muntinlupa City, have consequently been cancelled. All official transactions involving the use of said forms are therefore considered as INVALID. Internal Revenue Officers, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in the event that the aforesaid forms are found and to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same.
