SONIA Q. PADIERNOS, Revenue Collection Agent of Jaen, Nueva Ecija. cdt Internal Revenue Officers, Employees, and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned Revenue Official Receipts are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof. casia RUBEN B.
