August 12, 1975 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 22-75 SUBJECT : Issuance of Cigarette Strip Stamps Printed by the Bureau of Printing, as an Implementation to the Amendment of Section 137(b) of the National Internal Revenue Code in Pursuance of Presidential Decree No. 753 Promulgated on July 27, 1975 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned It is hereby announced that starting August 14, 1975, the Accountable Forms Division of this Bureau will issue internal revenue strip stamps for cigarettes printed by the Bureau of Printing for the following classes and denominations, described hereunder. Class Denomination Color Scheme (1) 20's P48.00/M P0.96 Rhodamine red (2) 20's P24.00/M P0.48 Bright green (3) 20's P20.00/M P0.46 Violet purple (4) 20's P18.00/M P0.36 Transparent orange (5) 20's P15.00/M P0.30 Victoria blue The strip stamps are all printed in security papers, with imbedded artificial silk-fibers, containing watermarks "BIR and the seal of the Republic of the Philippines", without serial numbers.
