March 21, 1974 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 22-74 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned SUBJECT : Loss of Fifty (50) Pieces of Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form 25.24) Bearing Serial Numbers 1576351-1576400, Inclusive Serial Number Quantity 1576351-1576400 fifty (50) pieces The above Revenue Official Receipts were reported lost by Revenue Collection Agent FEDERICO T. SANTOS of Malabon, Rizal. That he lost the same inside his office while his name was being stamped in all the receipts to be issued last January 31, 1974 it being a heavy collection day. Internal revenue officers, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned official receipts are found, taking the necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
