August 20, 1963 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 22-63 SUBJECT : Issuance of Documentary Stamps of the P0.04 Class TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given that in view of the exhaustion of the documentary stamps of the P0.04 class, surcharged by the Bureau of Printing, this Office will issue a new set of documentary stamps of the same denomination.
