June 22, 1971 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 21-71 SUBJECT : Loss of Two (2) Booklets of Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) Nos. 3626751-3626800 and 3626851-3626900 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of two (2) booklets of Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24), to wit: Serial Number Quantity 3626751-3626800 50 receipts 3626851-3626900 50 receipts The above revenue official receipts were reported lost on the table of Acting Collection Coordinator Hadji Pauto M. Panara-ag, Marawi City, in his letter to the Commissioner of Internal Revenue dated April 19, 1971, attached. Internal revenue officers and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case any of the above-mentioned revenue official receipts is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof. cdt MISAEL P.
