November 5, 1969 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 21-69 SUBJECT : Dishonored Check No. 644875 TO : All Internal Revenue Officer, Employees, Collection Agents, Cash Clerks and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given that PNB Check No. 644875-R dated September 4, 1969 used by Dr. Pacifico E. Marcos in payments for documentary and science stamp was dishonored which was under the accountability of the Collection Agent, North Manila. The above-mentioned PNB Check No. 644875-R is fake as reported by the City Auditor on his letter dated October 5, 1969. Internal Revenue Officers, Employees, Collection Agents, Cash Clerks and other concerned should accept PNB checks with serial numbers preceding or subsequent to PNB Check No. 644875-R.
