Issuance of Internal Revenue Strip Stamps for Cigarettes, of the P2.50 per M Class, 20's at P0.05 and of the P12.00 per M Class, 20's at P0.24

June 29, 1964 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 21-64 SUBJECT : Issuance of Internal Revenue Strip Stamps for Cigarettes, of the P2.50 per M Class, 20's at P0.05 and of the P12.00 per M Class, 20's at P0.24 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned In view of the exhaustion of the strip stamps for cigarettes printed by Thomas Dela Rue, of the P2.50 per M, 20's at P0.05 and of the P12.00 per M, 20's at P0.24, notice is hereby given that this Bureau will issue a new kind of cigarette strip stamps of the same denominations. The strip stamps to be issued are of the standard small size. They are printed on safety white paper with blue and red silk fibers. The main design on the stamps is the seal of the Republic of the Philippines which color is violet on the P2.50 class and purple on the P12.00 class. (SGD.) BENJAMIN N.
