July 30, 1975 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 20-75 SUBJECT : Designation of Mr. Reynaldo Bayot as Auditor of the Bureau of Internal Revenue TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder, is the letter dated July 14, 1975, of the Acting Chairman of the Commission on Audit to the undersigned, to wit: "I have the honor to introduce to you the bearer hereof, Mr. Reynaldo Bayot, Auditor, who has been assigned as Auditor of the Bureau of Internal Revenue in accordance with COA Office Order No. 9838, dated July 2, 1975, vice Mr. Pedro Bigasin, retired. "We will highly appreciate it if he could be extended the usual courtesies of your Office. "Thank you and rest assured of our continued cooperation in insuring success of your administration."
