July 2, 1997 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 19-97 SUBJECT : Loss of One (1) Original Copy of Certificate Authorizing Registration (For Taxable Real Property Transaction) BIR Form No. 1954 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) Original Copy of Certificate Authorizing Registration (For Taxable Real Property Transaction) BIR Form No. 1954, to wit: Serial Number Quantity 751429 B One (1) original copy The abovementioned copy which was reported as missing by Ms. Rebecca G. Padua of Revenue District Office No. 36, Puerto Princesa and the other copies of the set bearing the abovementioned serial number, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are therefore invalidated. Internal Revenue Officers, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the abovementioned copy is found, taking the necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
