February 27, 1996 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 19-96 SUBJECT : Missing Three (3) Sets of Authority to Accept Payment Excise Tax (ATAPET-BIR Form No. 2319A-E) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the missing three (3) sets of Authority to Accept Payment Excise Tax (ATAPET-BIR Form No. 2319A-E), to wit: Serial Number Quantity 024281 one (1) set 024282 one (1) set 024283 one (1) set The above-mentioned sets which were reported as missing by Ms. Shirley C. Castillo, Revenue Officer II (Collection) of Revenue District No. 57, San Pedro, Laguna have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are therefore invalidated. Internal Revenue officers, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned forms are found, taking the necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
