April 29, 1976 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 19-76 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned SUBJECT : Loss of 2,820 Auxiliary Labels for Imported Distilled Spirits Bearing Serial Numbers 2095619-2098438 Requisitioned by the Manila Hilton Quantity Serial Number 2095619 2098438 Loss of 2,820 Auxiliary Labels The above-mentioned Internal Revenue Auxiliary Labels for imported distilled spirits were reported to the Chief, Alcohol Tax Division by Mr. Raymundo B. Flores, Purchasing Manager, Manila Hilton; Importer No. 183, as having been lost in their office last April 2, 1976. Internal revenue officers, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned Auxiliary Labels are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper and fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
