March 22, 2006 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 19-06 SUBJECT : Suspension of the Implementation of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 30-2005 Guidelines and Procedures for the Issuance of Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) to SEC Registered Taxpayers Pursuant to Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Between the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) in the Implementation of the Electronic Exchange of Information Among Government Agencies TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned Pending further improvement of technical processes pertaining to Revenue Memorandum Order No. 30-2005 (Guidelines and Procedures for the issuance of Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) to SEC Registered Taxpayers Pursuant to Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Between the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) in the Implementation of the Electronic Exchange of Information Among Government Agencies), dated October 25, 2005, the implementation of the said Order is hereby suspended until further written notice or an amendatory Order is issued.
