March 14, 1979 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 18-79 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned SUBJECT : Loss of Three (3) Sets of Revenue Tax Receipts (CB Form No. CB RCO 02.02) bearing Serial Numbers 1428075, 1111325 and 0588825 Notice is hereby given of the loss of three (3) sets of Revenue Tax Receipts, to wit: Serial No. Quantity 1428075 One (1) set 1111325 One (1) set 588825 One (1) set The above Revenue Tax Receipts were reported by ANUNCIACION R. TEJADA, OIC, Administrative Branch, Revenue Region No. 4-A, Manila, as missing from the booklets of RTRs issued to the same region. Internal revenue officers, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned Revenue Tax Receipts are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof. aisa dc EFREN I.
