May 5, 1971 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 18-71 SUBJECT : Loss of Two (2) Booklets Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) Nos. 1293551-1293600 and 1293801 to 1293850 TO : All Revenue Officers and Employees and others concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of two (2) booklets of Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24), to wit: Serial Numbers Quantity 1293551-1293600 50 receipts 1293801-1293850 50 receipts TOTAL 100 receipts The above official receipts were lost on or about January 25, 1971 and on or about April 15, 1970 in the office of the Municipal District Treasurer and Acting Revenue Collector of Diadi, Nueva Viscaya as per letter of the Provincial Auditor of said province dated March 16, 1971 to the Provincial Treasurer the same province and affirmed in the affidavit of Municipal District Treasurer Leonilo D. Rodriguez made on February 24, 1971. Internal revenue officers and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case any of the above-mentioned revenue official receipts is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent use and disposition thereof. cdt MISAEL P.
