February 24, 1970 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 18-70 SUBJECT : Loss of One Booklet Revenue Official Receipt BIR Form No. 25.24 TO : All Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned Notice in hereby given of the loss of one booklet revenue official receipt BIR Form No. 25.24 with serial No. 1296651-700. The loss of the abovementioned official receipt No. 1296651-700 was reported by Revenue Collector Iigo T. Littaua of Rizal, Cagayan in his letter dated January 2, 1970. Internal revenue officers and others concerned are hereby directed to report to the Commissioner immediately in case the missing official receipt is found, taking precautionary steps in the meantime to prevent fraudulent, improper and unauthorized use thereof. aisa dc MISAEL P.
