April 1, 1965 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 18-65 SUBJECT : Issuance of Internal Revenue Strip Stamps for Cigarettes of the P8.00 Per M Class, 20's at P0.16 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given that this Bureau will issue strip stamps for cigarettes printed by the Thomas de la Rue, of the P8.00 per M class, 20's at P0.16. The strip stamps to be issued are of the standard small size. They are printed on safety white paper with silk or fiber strands.
