March 20, 2006 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 18-06 SUBJECT : Damaged One (1) Pad of Unused BIR Form No. 2524 Revenue Official Receipt TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the damaged one (1) pad of unused BIR Form No. 2524 Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with the following serial numbers: ROR200501596951-ROR200501597000 The alleged damage to the abovementioned forms was reported by Mr. Wennie C. Chan, Revenue Collection Officer, Revenue Region No. 09, San Pablo City. Consequently, said damaged forms have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered as INVALID. Internal Revenue Officials, employees and others concerned are requested to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same, and to promptly notify this office of any such event.
