May 13, 1997 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 17-97 SUBJECT : Missing Five (5) Documentary Stamps Metering Machines (DSMM) Padlock Seals TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the missing five (5) Padlock Seals, to wit: Serial Number 0036501 0036539 0036542 0036711 0036740 The above-mentioned Padlock Seals which were reported as missing by Mr. Florendo C. Villanueva, Chief, Collection Division, Revenue Region No. 6, Manila, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are therefore invalidated. Internal Revenue Officers, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned padlock seals are found, taking the necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
