March 1, 1979 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 17-79 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned SUBJECT : Loss of Two (2) Central Bank Copies of Revenue Tax Receipts (CB Form No. CB RCO 02.02) bearing Serial Nos. 1247751 and 1242751 Notice is hereby given of the loss of two (2) Central Bank copies of Revenue Tax Receipts, to wit: Serial No. Quantity 1247751 One (1) piece 1242751 One (1) piece The Central Bank copies of the above Revenue Tax Receipts were reported by RUBEN S. MENOR, Chief, Administrative Branch, Revenue Region No. 1, Baguio City, as missing from the booklets of RTRs issued to the same region. Internal revenue officers, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned Revenue Tax Receipts are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof. aisa dc EFREN I.
