April 3, 1972 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 17-72 SUBJECT : Loss of One (1) Stub of Residence Certificate "A" Nos. 3901051-3901100 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given to the loss of one (1) stub of Residence Certificate "A" Nos. 3901051-3901100 . The above Residence Certificate "A" was discovered lost by ELIZABETH TUAZON, Acting Revenue Collection Agent, Paombong, Bulacan. The loss was reported to the Provincial Auditor, Malolos, Bulacan, the Revenue Regional Director, Revenue Region No. 5, Valenzuela, Bulacan and to this Office, on the 2nd Indorsement of the BIR Auditor, dated March 14, 1972, original with enclosures attached. Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned Residence Certificate "A" (BIR Form 9:01), are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime, to prevent improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
