April 24, 1964 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 17-64 SUBJECT : Cable Address to Key Officials of the Bureau of Internal Revenue TO : All Officers and Employees of the Bureau of Internal Revenue and Others Concerned In order to economize on our expenses in telegrams and cable service, the following abbreviated cable or telegram addresses should be used by all concerned: REVENUECOM For "The Commissioner of Internal Revenue" Manila REVENUEDIR For "The Regional Director" (Station Town) If the telegram is intended for the Assistant Commissioners, the word "Operations" or "Administration" should follow the word REVENUECOM. If it is for a Department Head; the name of the department such as "Assessment", "Administrative", etc. as the case may be, should also follow the word REVENUECOM. aisadc Strict compliance with this Revenue Circular is hereby enjoined.
