Babaran, Accountable Forms Officer, Revenue Region No. 2, Tuguegarao, Cagayan are hereby deemed cancelled and all transactions involving the use thereof are therefore invalidated. aisa dc Internal revenue officers, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the abovementioned sets of letters of authority are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
