March 2, 1972 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 16-72 SUBJECT : Loss of One (1) Booklet 1972 Residence Certificate Class "B" fifty (50) Pieces Serial Nos. 1228851 to 1228900 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) booklet Residence Certificate Class "B" (BIR Form No. 9.02), to wit: SERIAL NUMBERS QUANTITY 1228851-1228900 Fifty (50) certificates The above Residence Certificates were discovered lost by Examiner ARTEMIO P. BUENAVENTURA, Revenue District No. 33, Revenue Region No. 7, North Manila. The loss was reported to the 6th Precinct, Patrol Bureau, Police Department, Quezon City, the Revenue District Officer, Revenue District No. 33, Revenue Region No. 7, North Manila, the Regional Director, Revenue Region No. 7, North Manila and to this Office, on the 2nd Indorsement of the Regional Director, dated February 24, 1972, original with enclosures attached. Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned Residence Certificates are found taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
