February 9, 1970 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 16-70 SUBJECT : Loss of One (1) Pad of Residence Certificate, Class A-1970, Serially Numbered from A-950651-950700 TO : All Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one pad of residence tax certificate Class A-1970, serially numbered from A-950651-950700. This pad is part of the 60 pads sent by registered mail to the Collection Agent at Salug, Zamboanga del Sur. Internal revenue officers and other concerned should promptly notify this office in case the above certificate is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent use thereof. cdt MISAEL P.
