March 18, 1968 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 16-68 SUBJECT : Loss of Residence Certificates Class "A" and "B" for the year 1968 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees, and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of seven (7) stubs or 350 Residence Certificates Class "A" at P0.50 each or with a total value of P175.00 bearing serial Nos. A-405851-405950; A-406001-406250 and fifty (50) residence certificates class "B" bearing serial Nos. B-1983301-1983350 on or about February 26, 1968 at 2:00 o'clock P.M. in the Office of the Chief, Audit Section, Revenue Region No. 8, South Manila. The loss of the above-mentioned residence certificates Class "A" and "B" was reported by FRANCISCA T. GARING Chief, Office Audit Section on her letter to this Office dated February 26, 1968. Internal Revenue Officers, employees and others concerned should promptly notify this Office, in case any of these residence certificates is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper and fraudulent use or disposition thereof. cdt (SGD.)
