March 30, 1966 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 16-66 SUBJECT : Notice to the Public Issued by the Presidential Agency on Reforms and Government Operations (PARGO) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned Hereunder quoted for the information, guidance and compliance of all concerned is the Department Memorandum Circular No. 13-66, dated February 10, 1966 of the Honorable, the Secretary of Finance: "quoted hereunder in full, for your information and guidance, is a notice to the public issued by the Chairman, Presidential Agency on Reforms and Government Operations (PARGO): 'The public is warned that the Presidential Agency on Reforms and Government Operations (PARGO) does not authorize anybody to perform any investigation work without written authority from the undersigned. 'The PARGO does not issue any ID Cards to anybody, even to officials and employees of the Agency. Hence, anybody carrying such ID's is misrepresenting the Office. 'Please report to us any person carrying an ID and/or posing as a PARGO agent or representative. 'Our telephone numbers are: 4-29-02, 4-26-90, 4-33-36 and 4-10-08. 'B C CABANGBANG' "It is enjoined that this circular be given a wide publicity by posting copies thereof in conspicuous places in your respective offices. "(SGD) EDUARDO Z.
