March 6, 1965 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 16-65 TO : All Department Heads, Division Chiefs, Regional Directors, Chief Revenue Officers, Collection Agents and Others Concerned SUBJECT : GAO General Circular No. 88-A, dated August 28, 1964, on Traveling Expenses Within the Philippines For the information and guidance of all concerned, there is attached herewith a copy of GAO General Circular No. 88-A dated August 28, 1964. It should be noted that the safeguards called for by this circular are established in Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 45-64, dated September 28, 1964 and Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 2-65, dated September 28, 1964, both of which have been duly approved and already circulated to you.
