June 6, 1963 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 16-63 SUBJECT : Loss of One (1) Booklet of Residence Tax Certificate BIR Form No. 9.01 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) booklet of Class "A" Residence Tax Certificates, serially numbered 4837201-4837250 for 1963, from the office of the Collection Agent of Naic, Cavite. All internal revenue officers and employees and others concerned should promptly notify this Office in case these Class "A" Residence Tax Certificates are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition and use thereof.
